As our Engineer, you will be in contact with both end users and Axis partners to handle technical support cases for Thailand.

You will be required to provide support over the phone and onsite service.

Simply put, take good care of our customers. We put a lot of weight on the customer care aspect of the job.

This is a 3 month contract position and will be based in Bangkok, Thailand

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing advanced phone, and chat support to end-users, resellers/partners, and distributors
  • Working with a case driven system with the responsibility towards the customer for concluding and closing cases
  • Able to communicate and maintain a good dialogue with the customer throughout the resolution of a support case
  • Assisting, primarily, the sales office in Thailand, with after sales support
  • Handling day-to-day issues with the RMA case for Thailand.

Qualification and Experience

  • Diploma in Electronic or Bachelor of Engineering Program in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
  • 1 year experience in a similar Technical Support position
