We are looking for a senior Service designer with drive and passion that want to to explore new opportunities, and want to create great service experience.

We are curious about you who are specialized within Service Design and can help clients transform their business. You’ll bring your expertise in user research and analysis with a thorough design thinking / service design understanding. You have a proven ability to design concepts based on research and an appreciation of craft and an attention to detail. You are experienced in developing service design deliverables like custumer journeys and service blueprints.

What you'll do:

  • Performing user research
  • Facilitate design thinking workshops
  • Analyse and define requirements
  • Design and prototype physical and digital services
  • Work with custumer journeys
  • Develop service blueprints
  • Work with digital eco systems for products and services
  • Communicate the user perspective to to influence stakeholders
  • Work closely with other designers, technical experts and business developers to make the services come alive
  • Collaborate with team members to provide and receive design feedback
